How BRIO activated 300+ Nordic creators through BOOSTIFIED—Pay
The work
BRIO Nordics used BOOSTIFIED—Pay to run creator campaigns across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. Instead of running isolated influencer collaborations, the team built a structured way to work with creators across the entire region.
Through the platform, BRIO could organize campaigns, invite creators, and manage collaborations in one place. Each campaign activated groups of creators in every market, allowing the brand to scale authentic content while maintaining a consistent structure for how collaborations were run.

The campaigns were primarily product-sponsored collaborations and each campaign activated between 10 and 45 creators per country, allowing BRIO to scale content creation while maintaining local relevance in each market. Over time, this approach helped BRIO build a network of more than 300 Nordic creators inside the platform.
Several BRIO World products were featured in these campaigns. One example was the Battery Powered Steam Train another campaign highlighted the BRIO World Safari Set.
Across these campaigns, creators often emphasized the educational aspect of BRIO toys. The products are designed around the idea that play and learning go hand in hand, helping children develop motor skills, logical thinking, and creativity while they explore and experiment.
By running multiple campaigns across the Nordics, BRIO gradually built more than just campaign results. The brand created a growing network of Nordic creators connected inside the platform. Instead of one-off collaborations, many creators returned in multiple campaigns and became natural ambassadors for the brand.
Today, more than 300 creators remain part of BRIO’s Nordic creator network in BOOSTIFIED—Pay. Because the relationships and structure already exist inside the platform, new campaigns can be launched quickly by simply inviting creators back into new collaborations.

By building a creator ecosystem rather than running one-off collaborations, BRIO established a scalable way to reach families across the Nordics through authentic creator content.
