How Hälsoresurs used creator marketing to bring balance back into everyday life

Hälsoresurs wanted to raise awareness of its massage services during the busy autumn season. Through a creator campaign called Back to Balance, the brand partnered with 10 creators to show how everyday stress can affect both body and mind — and how a simple massage can help people slow down, recover and feel more balanced. The campaign attracted more than 70 creator applications and generated authentic content built around relatable moments from everyday life.

A campaign built around real life

Rather than focusing on massage as a service, the campaign focused on situations people experience every day. Creators were asked to produce a short 30-second vertical video showing a clear before-and-after transformation. The concept was easy to understand.

Before the massage, life felt stressful, chaotic, and overwhelming.
After the massage, everything felt calmer, lighter, and more balanced.

Some creators chose a humorous approach, exaggerating the everyday struggles of work, commuting, parenting, or spending too much time in front of a screen. Others focused on wellness, recovery and self-care. The common thread was authenticity. The content wasn't about selling a treatment. It was about showing a feeling that many people could instantly relate to.

Why the campaign worked

One of the biggest strengths of the campaign was its simplicity. Almost everyone knows what stress feels like. Whether it comes from work, family life, commuting or endless screen time, the experience is universal. Instead of creating a message people had to learn, the campaign tapped into something they already understood. That made the content feel natural.

Audiences weren't watching an advertisement for massage. They were watching creators tell stories about situations they experience themselves. The massage became the solution to a problem people already recognized and that's often where creator marketing performs best. When the content starts with a real-life experience rather than a product.

The Back to Balance campaign generated strong interest from the creator community, attracting more than 70 applications and resulting in collaborations with 10 carefully selected creators.
