About your account, collaborations and subscription.

What is BOOSTIFIED—Pay?

BOOSTIFIED—Pay is a creator CRM built for real collaborations.

Discover creators and gather contacts, campaigns, conversations, and content in one workspace. Easier to start collaborations. Even easier to keep them going.

Which features you have access to depends on your plan.

What makes BOOSTIFIED—Pay different?

Fewer intermediaries. Stronger relationships.

Build your own creator network and gather contacts, applications, conversations, and campaign materials in one place. Find the right creators, work together, and continue building the relationship after the campaign.

Is it free to get started?

Yes. You can start for free.

Create your profile, discover creators, save contacts, and prepare campaigns. If you want to contact saved creators directly, publish campaigns on the marketplace, or collect UGC, you need a plan that supports those features.

See the pricing page to compare the plans.

How do we get started?

Create an account and set up your workspace. Then fill in the profile so creators quickly understand who you are and what you stand for.

From there, you can start discovering creators, saving interesting contacts, and choosing the plan that fits how you want to work.

How do we find and contact creators?

Start in Explore. There you can discover creators, visit their profiles, and save people you want to work with.

With a plan that supports direct contact, you can also start a conversation. You can also publish campaigns on the marketplace and receive applications if your plan includes that.

Chatting within an existing campaign collaboration is separate from starting a new direct contact.

Can creators also propose collaborations?

Yes. Good collaborations can start from both ends.

Creators can pitch ideas and offers directly to brands. The pitch is emailed to the right contact person at the brand.

What is included in the subscription, and what does a campaign cost?

The subscription gives you access to the features included in the plan you choose.

Creator compensation, products, shipping, and other costs linked to the collaboration itself are separate. Compensation and scope should therefore be clear in the campaign brief and in the agreement with the creator.

Any campaign support from BOOSTIFIED—Pay is agreed upon separately.

Can we get help with executing a campaign?

Yes, depending on what you need.

Contact us with goals, desired content, schedule, and budget, and we can talk about what support is appropriate. If you choose campaign support, we agree on the scope, responsibilities, and price separately.

Campaign support is not automatically included in the subscription.

Can several colleagues work in the same workspace?

Yes. Plans with team access make it possible to invite colleagues to the same workspace.

How many team members you can have depends on the plan, and access is controlled by user permissions.

Everyone must use their own login. Never share login codes.

What should we include in our campaign brief?

Make it easy for the creator to understand exactly what the collaboration entails.

Describe content, format, number of deliverables, deadline, and compensation. Be clear about whether the material is to be delivered to you or published in the creator's own channels.

Also include usage rights, any advertising, approval and changes, and what applies to products, shipping, and returns.

The brief must be clear before the creator accepts.

How do we contact a creator during the collaboration?

Use the campaign chat.

There you can talk about the assignment, deliverables, changes, and compensation. Also document what you agree on along the way so that both parties can go back and see what applies.

What information does the creator need to invoice us?

Give the creator the correct company name, billing address, any reference, and instructions for how the invoice should be sent.

Also confirm compensation, payment terms, and when invoicing may take place.

Usually, the brand is the creator's contracting party and invoice recipient. If BOOSTIFIED—Pay administers the payment for your particular campaign, this should be clearly stated in the brief along with the correct billing instructions.

Can we collaborate with international creators?

Yes.

Just remember to agree on language, deliverables, currency, compensation, and usage rights before you start.

Also check which tax, customs, and billing requirements apply to the collaboration.

What rights do we get to the creator's content?

This is determined by the campaign brief and the campaign terms the creator accepts.

Be clear about how, where, and for how long you want to use the material — including any advertising, editing, and further use.

The standard terms can provide extensive usage rights if the brief does not set other limitations. Therefore, always read the entire agreement.

Your BOOSTIFIED—Pay subscription itself does not grant any rights to the creator's content.

How do we change or cancel our subscription?

Go to the subscription page for the correct workspace.

If the subscription is handled via Stripe, you can proceed from there to the payment portal to change or cancel it. Always check the summary and the date the change takes effect before you confirm.

Is the option missing, or do you have a separately invoiced agreement? Contact support 🎧.

Where do we find the invoices for our subscription?

Go to the subscription page and open the invoice tab.

There you can see paid Stripe invoices and open or download them when the documents are available. Check that you are in the correct workspace.

Is an invoice missing, or do you have a separately invoiced agreement? Contact support 🎧.

Is cancellation the same thing as deleting the account?

No. They are different things.

The subscription belongs to a workspace. Canceling it does not automatically delete your personal account, remove the workspace, or make you leave it.

Therefore, be clear about what you want to do — especially if other colleagues are still using the workspace.

How do I remove my account or leave a workspace?

You can leave a workspace via the workspace administration.

If you are the last member, special handling is required. Contact support 🎧 if you want to delete your personal account or if you are unsure what happens with subscriptions, colleagues, or ongoing collaborations.

What do I do if I cannot log in?

BOOSTIFIED—Pay uses a one-time code sent to your email.

First, check that you are using the correct address. Also check your spam folder and request a new code if the first one does not show up.

Can you still not log in, or do you no longer have access to the email address? Use the contact route on the website.

Never share your login code with anyone.

Why is it not possible to upload or view material?

Start with the error message. Then check the file format, file size, internet connection, and available storage space.

If it concerns a creator delivery, the campaign must also support the correct type of submission. Video may also need to be processed for a while after uploading before it can be played.

Is it still not working? Contact support 🎧.

What information does support need in the event of a technical error?

The more relevant information we receive, the easier it is to help.

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, which workspace or campaign it concerns, and approximately when the error occurred. Please add the device, browser, error message, and a screenshot.

Hide sensitive information. Never send login codes, card details, or passwords.
